The House

Recently refurbished, the atmospheric terraced cottage has a fresh, contemporary feel but celebrates its Victorian heritage, retaining attractive original features. The cosy sitting room has a large double window overlooking the sea.

The spacious, light and airy kitchen/dining room is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. An oak dining table seats six and a highchair is provided.

Upstairs, the front bedroom is a wonderfully romantic, luxury retreat with a stunning sea view. It has;

• a wooden king size bed
• cotton bedding
• digital radio

The second bedroom has comfortable twin beds and a wide window with views over the village rooftops, capturing lovely sunsets.

A jacuzzi bath takes centre stage in the spacious family bathroom which also has a shower, washhand basin, heated towel rail and bathroom cabinet.

Outside

At the front of the house is a small, private seafront garden with a patio and table and chairs for two, to enjoy morning sun and watch the world go by.

To the rear, Shoreside's substantial lockable garage is perfect for storing outdoor gear eg bikes, golf clubs, walking boots, waterproofs etc. A hose is provided to rinse off muddy boots, dogs (and children!) after a play on the beach.

A patio and small lawn are lovely for catching the evening sun and enjoying drinks and al fresco meals.
